Our commitment
IRES AI is designed so committees, owners and managers of every ability can run their community. We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the public site and the authenticated app.
What we do today
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, dialogs and forms.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
- Voice input available inside IRIS for users who prefer speech.
Known limitations
- Some legacy PDF exports may not yet be fully tagged.
- Complex interactive charts fall back to a text summary — we are expanding this.

If any part of IRES AI is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us. Email accessibility@iresai.app with a short description of the issue, the page URL and the tools you use. We reply within five working days and prioritise fixes for barriers that block core tasks.
