IRES AI is the AI operating layer for self-managed residential communities — the buildings, resorts and mixed-use estates that run without a professional property manager, and the smaller management firms that want to give their committees the same experience.
A single conversation replaces six tools. IRIS drafts every message, reconciles the books, prepares votes and audit-ready minutes. Owners, committees and managers tap confirm — the AI does the paperwork.

Where we are
Private beta. EU-hosted. Bootstrapped and shipping weekly. Live pilots run in mixed-nationality resorts in Cyprus, with self-managed condos in Germany and Austria in onboarding.
